Gordonstoun Pipe Band

About the band

Gordonstoun Pipe Band represents Gordonstoun school in Moray, Scotland. Piping has been part of school life for more than 70 years, giving generations of pupils opportunities to learn, perform, and take part in important school and public occasions.

The band performs at ceremonial events, Highland gatherings, competitions, commemorations, and community celebrations. Its long-running program connects musical instruction with the school’s wider traditions of service, teamwork, and outdoor education.

Gordonstoun does not appear to maintain a separate pipe-band website. Read the school’s feature, Gordonstoun Pipers Mark 70th Celebrations, for more about its piping history.
