Ulster Scottish Pipe Band

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States

Ulster Scottish Pipe Band traces its beginnings to Philadelphia in 1922, when it was founded as the Philadelphia Ulster Pipe Band.

Ulster Scottish Pipe Band is a competitive pipe band based in the Philadelphia area of Pennsylvania. John A. Hall, Sr. founded it in 1922 as the Philadelphia Ulster Pipe Band after immigrating from Northern Ireland.
