Newport AOH Pipes and Drums
The Newport R.I. Ancient Order of Hibernian Division 1 Pipes and Drums is a Grade V member of the Eastern United States Pipe Band Association. We are based out of Newport, R.I. and have members from Rhode Island and Massachusetts. We are an award winning band that participates in private functions and parades throughout the northeast.

The band is entering its second season and had over 20 parades and other events on the 2006 calendar. a non profit 501-c dedicated to promoting pipes and drums, and helping other non profit groups.

The leadership since that time has been Pipe Major Jamie Brooks-Hamilton, originally from the San Diego area, and Drum Sgt. Allen Vaughn (passed away in January 2002) who at one time played with the Atlanta Pipe Band.
ian sturrock memorial pipe band
The Ian Sturrock Memorial Pipe Band was founded in 2008 from the membership of the Heritage Pipes & Drums Pipe Band of Birmingham, Alabama.
mesa caledonian pipe band
Formed in 1980, Mesa Caledonian has grown to a program boasting two competitive units in Grade III and Grade IV, having earned Western U.S. Championships and other international prizes. We strive to promote the art of piping and drumming through education and performance. Mesa Caledonian plays up to fifty engagements per year, which includes up to ten competitions. We also offer lessons for bagpipes, snare, tenor and bass drumming.
