We, the Dresden Pipes & Drums, are a band that, in original Scottish uniform and with extraordinary instruments in this country, traditionally makes Scottish music.

The band received its name from the town land in which it is situated, Upper Crossgare, just outside the village of Dromara, Co. Down.

The Thistle Pipe Band is a Swedish Pipes & Drums unit, with its HQ and stores at the Royal Military Academy of Karlberg in Stockholm.

culter pipe bands
The Culter Pipe Bands have a long and proud history spanning more than six decades. In 1938, the 47th Culter Boys Brigade Pipe Band was formed and played for many years at Boys’ Brigade parades and local events. By 1980, the band became members of the Royal Scottish Pipe Band Association and from then began a period of rapid growth and great success.

milngavie pipe band
We are based to the North of Glasgow, in central Scotland. We now have a Grade 3a, a grade 4a and a Novice juvenile’s band.
