The National St. Patrick’s Day Parade begins at noon on Wednesday, March 17, 2027, in Dublin city centre, as part of the March 13–17 St. Patrick’s Festival.
Parade route
The announced route runs from Parnell Square, down O’Connell Street, over O’Connell Bridge and through the south side of the city to the Cuffe Street/Kevin Street junction.
Irish parade companies bring large-scale floats, with more than 3,000 participants and marching bands from around the world joining the celebration.
Free viewing and grandstand seats
Street-side viewing is free and does not require a ticket. A limited number of grandstand seats are sold separately. The organiser announced that 2027 grandstand ticket sales would open on September 28, 2026; check current availability through the official parade page.
