Edmonton & District Pipe Band is an active Grade 4 community and competition band based in Edmonton, Alberta. The band performs locally, travels to events, and competes at pipe band gatherings in Canada and abroad.
Its long history in Edmonton dates to 1929. The organization brings together pipers and drummers from the Edmonton area and provides opportunities for musicians to develop their ensemble and competition experience.
The band also participates in community celebrations, including St. Patrick’s Day events outside Alberta.
